We stayed on a quick stopover during our summer holidays europe trip. It was very dissapointing to say the least. On arrival I was told there was only suites left ( yeah I heard that one before ) and that it would be more expensive . It ended up costing me over £200 for 1 night stay with no passes... more

Everything about the hotel was excellent, the outside impressive, reception resembled a galley, staff dressed in pirate outfits and were very friendly and helpful, family room was spacious, very clean and light with free play station and safe box. Continental breakfast was more... more

Stayed at this hotel with my sister and 4yr nephew. The room was spacious and clean (though the sealant round the bath and basin could have been replaced). Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and not to busy, we ate at 0830. The hotel is the first stop between the parks and hotels so never any problem getting a... more

I stayed at this hotel with my three sons aged 5-9, we all loved it. i had read many reviews before i left and was a little worried about busy breakfasts, noisy corridors and unhelpful staff. I found all this to be quiet the opposite, breakfast was nice and peaceful ( at 7.45 anyway) also enjoyable, choice of breads, yogurts,... more

We were very pleased to leave the train station and find courtesy buses directly outside to take us to the Hotel (number 54 - pink bus). Within 5 minutes we were checking in, with a friendly and informative welcome. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of drawer and hanging space, the most I have encountered in a hotel... more
