Hey - I would like to warn you all against this hotel. We booked the room by contacting them directly both with emails and telephone. They agreed we come with a dog and they confirmed our reservation saying we cannot leave our dog alone in the room. When we arrived, they told us they thought that a dog is smaller... more

Centrally located. Big room with balcony (room 204). Not noisy at all. Parking space for 10€ a day. Very friendly staff, specially Yolanda at the reception. Do not have breakfast it cost 6€pp, you can have it for 2€ per person in any coffee bar in Calle Larga. To eat out go to Restaurant San Juan (italian food) in Plaza... more

The hotel is right in the heart of Jerez, just around the corner you find shops, terraces, restaurants, bars and plaza's. In some reviews it's mentioned as noisy. I can imagine because the hotel is IN the city, but didn't notice it myself (too much sherry...?) The room was a bit depressing. Quite big, but old-fashioned and dark. There was... more

On arrival, the hotel seemed pleasant, with a nice reception and friendly staff. Then we were taken to Room 101! There was only one little window (with bars on it!) opening into what I'd call a funnel, an internal chasm only 9 feet wide, into which the rainwater drained with subsequent bad smells. I immediately complained about the room but... more

My husband and I honeymooned in Spain and this is one of the best hotels we stayed at. The location is right in the heart of Jerez, the room was beautifully decorated, there were 2 balconies and a double bed (most of the beds we were able to get in Spain were twins) The hotel staff were very helpful and... more

I've just read an user review about this hotel, and I'd like to say that I totally agree with him/her on the terrible noise in the street. I stayed for 1 night last weekend, and I must say it's extremely noisy. It's difficult to sleep if you are all night hearing the noise in the street... And it's very badly... more

We stayed here for two nights. We were allocated a twin room but they changed it for a double for us with no fuss. The hotel is medium sized, clean, but with dated decor (if that worries you). On the plus side it was right in the centre of Jerez (not that there is much to do at night though!),... more

The rooms in this hotel are clean and smart and the decor modern and comfortable. We were given a room overlooking the side street (where the main entrance to the hotel is). The room was also right next door to a building undergoing some major construction work. I am sure the construction work is temporary but we were not warned... more

We enjoyed very much our stay in this clean and friendly hotel. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is easy to find by car without venturing too much in the narrow streets (signed out well) and it has it's own underground parking. As it is very centrally located (but neverthless not noisy), you can leave your car there and... more

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel in September 2004. The hotel is in a quiet area in the centre of Jerez. The location was very convenient for sight-seeing and for the shops. Facilities in the hotel were good. The room was comfortable with a TV and mini-bar. Bathroom was well equipped. Our room (101) had a conveniently placed little... more
