Ignore the complainers. They obviously didn't do their homework before they booked at the El Cid. This resort is a great family resort. We have 2 children ages 11 and 7. They had an amazing time. The beach was beautiful and well kept. Seaweed is cleaned up all the time. Definitely get some water shoes, you'll be glad you did.... more
