We were 4 to stay in one of the newest flat, they are well equiped, have plenty of space, nice view and clean. This is a good chose at 4 and moreover a tram goes to the center of the city just down from the building. To sumup great experience. more

We stayed in a 3 bedroom VIP apartment for 3 nights and had a lovely time here. The apartment was sensational and had everything we needed. It was very hard to leave. Upon check in you are allocated an apartment in any of the four buildings that Mercure manage (all in a row). It would be hard if you are... more
I stayed here with my family in March 08, we booked through Qantas travel. We had a three bedroom appartment on the 17th floor, with views to the quays below, accross to the harbour and the bay on the right, and telstra dome and the city on the left. Floor to ceiling glass doors in the lounge to look out... more
A group of us went down to Melbourne for my Hens Night. This apartment is truly amazing. The New York style loft was ultra trendy, vogue like, spacious with high ceilings with modern furnishings. View was phenomenal and the restaurants were beautiful along the dock. The service was great and the location was beautiful. Located 10mins from Melbourne city but... more
This was a good choice for our 2+2 family-much cheaper than hotels for a family and has a kitchen etc..the reception is quite far away though so it is not your 'normal' hotel but good for independent travelers!! Kids liked the pool and the adults liked the gym. Transport is good but there is a limited choice for grocery stores/newsagents... more
I stayed at Docklands for 4 nights - with a deal for pay for 3. Booked over the internet - but had problems with notification pages crashing, and I had to ring up to find out whether I had a reservation. Dreadful service from front office - they could not tell me if there is a booking, passed me on... more
We looked at most of the accomodation in melbourne before booking the docklands stay and so our expectations were very high but we were not disappointed. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor that had two bathrooms, three toilets (a pleasant surprise), a magnificent 180 degree view and two private balconies. The apartment itself was amazing-... more
The apartment itself is breathtaking!! The views from the 21st floor in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment are amazing. Its just everything else that lets it down. Below are the list of bad expereinces: 1) Not ready for check in 2) Foxtel did not work (TV) asked several times to fix and never was 3) A glass table smashed... more
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 12th Floor. It had lovely views of the harbor, and is only 5 minute walk to Telstra Dome (for my first Australian Rules Football game) and 10 minutes to the CBD. There is a tram nearby, and they are doing lots of work to make the Docklands boardwalk a hip, up... more
We were booked into a to bedroom apartment through the Mercure and were initially disappointed by a few things. First, the place is not easy to find, even for people who are familiar with Melbourne, ie the reception is very poorly sign posted and not easy to get to once you know where it is. Second, parking in most of... more
