We arrived at Lakes Entrance feeling tired after a long drive South on the Princes Highway and without having a room booking. The Coastal Waters was one of the first motels we saw as we drove into the town, and it looked pleasant enough although nothing special - just another of so many motels. They had just a few rooms... more

My husband and I stayed one night in a room with a king bed. This is a motel style place right on the coastal road. It is walking distance from the center of Lakes Entrance. Our room was away from the road and very comfortable indeed. It was spacious, clean and quiet, with a spa bath and separate shower. There... more

Well, this motel can only be described as superb. Firstly we booked a 'spa room' which has a huge spa bath, perfect after spending a day at the beach which is just over the road..that's 90-mile beach by the way. Ron who currently runs this hotel was most helpful with telling us about the local area and where to eat... more
