What a fantastic find. The rooms are v spacious and clean and well appointed. Breakfast isn't included but for a few dollars you can have a hot breakfst brought to you room which was excellent. There are 3 cottages and around 12 motel units on this property. As previously mentioned, the Green Cottage is at the end looking towards the water. The Red Cottage has a sideways view. After much research in the Apollo Bay area we found this little gem. Extremely clean and comfy with lots of little extra touches not found in "motels". Had a cozy cottage with all the amenities plus a great location and view. The owners are very hands on and it shows. Definitely the best of what we saw available in ApolloBay.... more

our party of 4 stayed for 2 nights in 2 motel rooms. The previous reviews were definately about the cottages as against the motel rooms. We found the motel rooms clean and adequate but as with most things on the great ocean road overpriced. We stumbled upon this haven when unable to get accommodation at Lorne. We were exploring the Great Ocean Road prior to attending the Australian Open in Melbourne and found this place unseen in an accommodation brochure. We stayed in a cottage unit and found everything just as promised. The website even features a floor plan for the cottage so you know what to expect.
