have been going to the Dona Filipa now for about 10 years and cannot believe the number of bad reviews that get written about it (although have noted some better reviews recently!) The hotel can only be descirbed as attractive. On arrival the service from the hotel reception staff and porters was of a very high standard. The rooms are spacious with all them having a balcony which provides a pleasant seating area for pre dinner drinks.
