3rd time to Krakow, first time at the Floryan, the best. perfect location. could not ask for better. staff could not do enough for you. cleanliness first class. breakfast choice was amazing. room and en-suite bathroom was very nice. after booking realised we could be put on upper floors, but phoned and explained we had disabilities and were put in... more
This is a great location to get a all round view of the city. The Hotel stair are steep if you are given a room at the very top which i did. Its a long way down in the morning for breackfast, take your bags with you if you dod not want to treck back up. Staff speak English and... more
Although I can say that the location was fabulous, there are many hotels very nearby for similar prices that actually have an elevator or at least staff who care about helping you and a breakfast served in a room that has some air circulation. I was truthfully afraid to eat anything since I doubt anything had seen a refrigerator in... more
Yep…I got one of those rooms on the top floor (3rd for Europeans, 4th for Americans), but it was just fine. So it was a haul up those stairs after a day of trekking. It is an easy walk to/from the train station, and three blocks to Market Square. Staff is nice and helpful. The city was redoing ul. Florianska... more
Myself and a friend stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel room shown on the website is alot bigger than the one we actually had, but the room was nice, reasonably spacious and very clean. It looked onto the street but the window was tiny as we were on the top floor so was of no benefit for views. Also... more
I stayed one night here with my wife and teenage son. The main reason we chose this hotel was due to it central location, close to the train station and located in the old town. We stayed in the family room which was spacious and clean, but as another reviewer pointed out, lacked tea/coffee making facilities. By not being able... more
We stayed here for three nights in late February. We had a quad room for myself the wife and two children. Location:- On ul Florienska this hotel is located a short 5 min walk from the train / coach station, and a 2 min walk from where the 192 bus drops you off from the airport (PLN2.50). The main Market... more
The reviewer/writer was at the Floryan at the same time that my daughter and I were. The reviewer is completely accurate. I add: the breakfast room/the food therein was not appealing--made all the more so by German tourists who smoked during breaskfast and the lack of air circulation. The climb to the third floor rooms (where we also stayed) was... more
The hotel's location is excellent! It's by the Florian Gate, the city's main entryway, and close to the train station -- about 8-10 minutes by foot (taxi driver didn't want to bring me there, plus street is pedestrian only). It's a few blocks from the Market Square (Rynek Glowny), St. Mary's Church, the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice), cafes, restaurants, bars, stores... more
