By Terrible (the rating I gave) I mean terrible for the standard it should offer in my opinion. It is a 4 star hotel, and the basics of any 2-4 star hotel are there, plus it does look like a 3-4 star hotel when you walk in the door. The problem is that's where it ends. A really nice stay, once we had found it! Great breakfast with good coffee, the lobby and rooms were spacious, new and clean and those on reception were only too happy to give advice on getting in and out of Warsaw, together with the best way to reach Krakow on public transport and most importantly, which ticket window out of... more
