This is a really nice hotel centrally but quietly located. I have seen other reviews criticising breakfast but when I was there it was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room didn't have a bath which is perhaps unusual for a four star hotel more

The Baltic Imperial is a nice hotel that is in an ideal location for exploring Tallinn Old Town, it is comfortable, the food is good and the staff are polite and helpful, but.....
