I would recommend the Albert to all ages, the location is excellent, an easy walk to the Old Town and virtually next to the Art nouveau district which is a must see if you are into architecture. Hotel is just a short pleasant 10 minute walk through a park from Riga old town. I was there on a Monday so itwas reasonably quiet. The hotel is modern and clean.
