“nice people, good location, but room a bit shabby”

stayed there may 2008 for a night. private bathroom, a/c, tv, no private entry - had to ring doorbell. room and bath was clean, no bugs, but still shabby. the owners and their neighbors were very friendly and helpful. the house is 5 minute via pedal taxi from city centre.
