If you talk to the Manger, Bob, you will get results with any complaints --- older place, clean, do not ask for an extra towel from anyone but "Bob" or you will get a wash cloth to dry your hair. Enjoy the breakfast --everybody there did. more

You get what you pay for. It's one of the cheapest hotels in the DC area, and on the edge of a bad section of town. KFC/Pizza Hut, Wendys, Sonic, and McDonald's close by.
