Embassy Circle Guest House was a perfect venue to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Ideally located on Embassy Row, off Connecticut Avenue, this elegant and inviting inn encouraged us to walk the neighborhood, enjoying the architecture and experiencing the eclectic gourmet restaurants Laura and Raymond enthusiastically recommend. Mourayo - Greek food that tantalized the palate - remains my favorite, with... more

The most fabulous and generous host and hostess you'll ever meet. Raymond has got to be the most gracious host and his intelligent conversations and stories kept us in the house so much that we had to find time to see the sites that we actually came to D.C. to see. Laura is just a great. Her taste in art... more

This is our 5th stay at this quintessentially comfortable B & B in the last 2 years. If you can live without TV and radio in your room, Embassy Circle is an oasis in D.C. Even if you are not gregarious, it's still a treat to meet other guests from all over the world during the wonderful breakfast or late... more

The Embassy Circle is a real gem in Washington. We travel a great deal, sleeping in many foreign beds throughout the year. Being with you and your staff was inviting, helpful, and warmly welcoming in a very rare way. We even learned a few new memorable thoughts. Your attention to detail and the comforts of the room are what one... more

I have just returned from a week-long stay at this wonderful guest house located in Dupont circle in the Northwest sector of Washington DC. The location is fantastic, and the B&B itself is beautiful inside and out. What really makes one’s stay special are the proprietors who are unbelievably welcoming and always keen to help. The neighbourhood has great restaurants... more

My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Circle Guest House for three nights and we were sad to leave. The owners, Raymond and Laura Saba as well as their staff, Ingrid and Nelly made us feel right at home. We enjoyed seeing the Saba's and the other guests at breakfast every morning and sometimes in the afternoons for wine... more

It’s very hard to describe the unforgettable experience at Embassy Circle in a few lines. Having traveled in various locations and discovered different hotels and bed & breakfasts, nothing so far compares to the comfort and hospitality we found at the Embassy Circle. We arrived during a rainy and cold day and from the first moment stepped through the Embassy... more

I was in Washington DC May 4-8, 2008 to attend a conference. Embassy Circle Inn is located close to Du Pont Circle and the Metro so it was safe and easy to get around. The Inn is a lovingly restored former embassy and beautifully furnished. The artwork itself is worth a visit. Raymond and Laura, the owners, go above and... more

Great location, in a safe quiet neighborhood. Wonderful accommodations and great staff and innkeepers. The location near DuPont Circle and the Metro meant for easy navigation during our stay. The recommendations for restaurants were fabulous, but if Raymond is cooking or BBQ’ ing make sure you stay and eat with the family. No matter what: make sure to make time... more

We love the Woodley Park Guest House and have stayed there often, so we were excited to learn about the new location near Dupont Circle. The new Embassy Circle Guest House is beautiful. The renovation is very successful. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The common rooms are lovely - beautifully detailed and carefully restored. Breakfasts are excellent... more
