Everything about this hotel is down-at-heel, and, remarkably, blithely charges $350+ per night. Barely pleasant front desk staff, incompetent bell staff, and a room that needs a serious hosedown. The carpet is stained, the walls cracked and peeling, and mold in the shower. Shameful. more

I stayed here for one night and found the property adequate. The location is central to Georgetown University where I was interviewing some students. The hotel is small and somewhat charming. I spent two nights at the Georgetown with my wife and my brother-in-law and one of my nieces. It turned out to be ideal for us all. This is a nice hotel in a great location. The room was a good size (exectuive room), I only paid $199 so I felt it was a good value.
