The hotel is in a great location. It is 2 blocks away from the Foggy Bottom metro station, 15 minute walk to Georgetown, and 15 minute walk to the Lincoln Memorial. The GWU Inn bills itself as a boutique hotel. I've stayed in three boutique hotels in DC - Hotel Madera, River Inn, and Hotel Rouge. The GWU Inn is NOTHING like any of these three.
