I booked this place because a co-worker wanted a Hilton family property, even though I was looking at other places closer to town. Hotel needs an extreme makeover. Everything from the toilet to carpet are old. The positives are the beds are new and they have a free happy hour with beer and wine. Guess they figure you will get drunk enough to forget how getto the place is. War Eagle more

I have no major complaints with the Auburn Hampton Inn. Our room and bathroom were clean. The hot complimentary breakfast was better than most free hotel breakfasts. The staff was polite. My only problem was that our room had a funny odor that required me to go to Wal-Mart to purchase some room spray. more
