While my husband was up in the mountains for a convention I took our son and two of his friends to Disneyland this last weekend. Three 16 year old boys...was I nuts?! In the past our family usually stays at the Disneyland Hotel or the Grand Californian. Since we're taking our first trip to Orlando this summer I didn't want... more

Husband, teenage son and myself stayed here for 4 nights. Wanted to be close to parks and have Disney amenities. Booked the Concierge level and upon checkin upgraded to suite with Park view. Beds, furniture and view nice. Bathroom tolietries sub standard. Concierge club had great snacks all day and good food at dinner time. Could get sodas, boxed juice... more

My wife I and stayed here for a 4 night stay. I am not going to say that there weren't some small problems with our stay but the Disney magic out weighs those negatives. The location to the two parks is worth the extra money of staying on the Disney property. I don't know how most people travel to Disneyland... more

I stayed here with my 10-year old daughter April 6-10 on a package deal booked through Costco on-line (and then thru Disney). I was pleasantly surprised - as I previously stayed at the Disneyland hotel and was disappointed. We arrived Sunday at about 2 PM - short line to check in - extremely proficient check-in with detailed information provided including... more

Watch out, bed bugs in room 427. The staff was not helpful in the situation. There was not great concern on the hotel's part. The rest of the experience was fine, but the big red itchy welts were not a fun going away present. more

Just returned from a two night stay at Paradise Pier. Checked in 8am no line. Staff was very nice however our room was not ready until after 3pm but that is normal check in time. Our room was very clean with 2 queen beds and a twin sleeper sofa for a family with three young children it worked well. The... more

I hadnt been to Disney in over 20 years and Against my better judgement, I booked at Paradise Pier for location. While traveling with a 4 year old, I thought that staying on the Disney Property would provide a little more magic to the experience. It may have at one of the other two Disney Hotels. (more money and totally... more

My family of four stayed here3/29-4/2, 2008. We drove a long distance to Disneyland (20 hours), so we wanted to park the van & be able to walk to DL & DCA. We had never stayed "on property" before & thought it would be the ultimate DL experience. It was not. We have no real complaints, but at $1100.00 +... more

I travel around the world for work, and have stayed at a wide variety of locations from single star to 5 star. I think Paradise Pier is very overpriced, and even feels like it cheats you for what you get!!! We thought the location with a 4 year old would be worth it, but what we got was 4 adults... more

The hotel was in a great location, but certainly wasn't worth the price and lack of customer service. The hotel would have been just fine, but heaven forbid you have a problem which needs resolved. Our room wasn't ready upon check-in...we waited for hours, with young children. Be forewarned with the 3pm check-in time- it doesn't apply to suites, which... more
