We booked over the net after the Tripadvisor review. We came in after a 14 hour trans Pacific flight. Nice size rooms and big kitchen. Free wifi. Near Maccas and on bus route up to Albertsons for groceries. Can catch the shuttle ($3 A, $1 kids for whole day) to Disneyland at the door. We even walked to Disneyland on... more

We stayed at the TownPlace Suites in Anaheim for three nights in late April 2008 while visiting Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure. We booked our studio suite on the Marriott site, and paid for one night ($99) and used hotel "miles" for two more nights. The key here is the price we paid, for the room we had: it was... more

I stayed for 2 nights here where the rooms and service met up with other Marriott properties I have stayed in the past. Like the other reviews here, the only issue here was hearing the train whistle. As I grew up close to a train crossing, hearing it didn't bother me but I could see how someone not used to... more

I booked this hotel thinking it's NEAR the railroad tracks, but no, they're NEXT TO the tracks. Three types of trains go by all day long - Amtrak, freight and a commuter train. The only thing that seperates it from the hotel is the parking lot. And our room was on that side of the hotel. I didn't get much... more

When: April 2-5, 2008 3 Guests A very convenient location to Angels Stadium and the Honda Center. Fast Food eateries and Restaurants are within walking distance. It is about 10 minute drive to Disneyland. We didn't have a car, but utilized the Anaheim Resort Transit. We purchased a 3-day pass for $8.00 per person. It makes hourly stops to the... more

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay at the Marriott TownePlace in Anaheim, a hotel we discovered in a review by a TripAdvisor traveler. We took our 16-year-old nephew and his 13-year-old sister with us and wanted to have separate sleeping arrangements. He slept on the queen sofabed in the living room, we had one bedroom... more

Ok, if you stay at this property and you like to open a window, I hope you do not get a room facing State College Blvd! The soundproffing on these rooms is non-exisistant. Between the sound of the horns from the Metro Link link Iines, the Union Pacific Trains, and the traffic, it was very bad! I would insist on... more

I spent about 6 hours on the internet trying to find a hotel that would meet all of our needs; 3 adults and 2 children. This hotel received such high ratings from previous guests on online ratings that I decided it would be the perfect place. It almost seemed too good to be true- even after we arrived! We loved... more

This hotel appears to be pretty new. My room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to make food for the 4 days I was at Disneyland. The only problem I had was with the palm tree outside of our window. It was very windy one night and that tree was slamming against... more

Conveniently located near the Interstate, several gas stations within two blocks; exceptionally clean and quiet; very friendly staff. No stale smoke smell, no mildew, good plumbing, easy to open windows, clean fresh carpets (they looked rather new, actually) and easy to climb stairs. We called to confirm our late arrival, and true to their word, our 2 room suite was... more
