Great pool area and dive center/excursion office, but the condo we stayed in (23A) was a little rough around the edges, especially in the plumbing department. Be careful because there are two Royal Palms. One is a vacation condo complex ---------- and one is an RCI resort which is dated and not part of the vacation condos. We booked this through an RCI time share. In reality, the pictures on the web are condos, some of which are rented out as hotel suites. We found that these were not available to us.
