We stayed at this hotel for two nights upon our arrival to Morocco. We had chosen this hotel because it was the hotel used by our organized tour in Morocco. The building itself looks quite modern, and the public areas like the lobby, the breakfast area, the pool, and the bar on the top are very well maintained. However, the... more

I have stayed here twice more since last year. Why oh why are the staff so utterly unfriendly. Everything is a hassle for them. Now I can add that the hotel wireless does not work in the rooms so you have to go to the bar or reception. What a joke! The breakfasts have slipped as well - ordinary at... more

This hotel has very very little to commend it. What follows is a list of the things which really really annoyed me in the first couple of hours: * unsmiling and rather curt staff * extremely loud building work (hammering and drilling) going on in the next room to ours at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. After 15 minutes or... more

Great location, you can walk to the trendy shopping part, or to the medina or even to the port area... that's all there is about this pale and unstylish hotel in casablanca. The rooms are OK, but the beds are not comfortable, the breakfast is poor and their lunch is terrible. Their staff is nice, their mint tea is good... more

During a business trip to Casablanca a room was booked for me in the Idou Anfa. The hotel is basically what you would expect from an Ibis in Europe, only with slightly bigger rooms, The room I got was in quite bad shape though especially the bathroom. No cockroaches though which I had in other hotels in Morocco three times... more

Just spent 2 nights here at the start & end of a round-Morroco trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Views are of the pool or city/streets. The pool view room was quieter and more pleasant view. Enjoyed a huge buffet dinner (changing menu each night meant escape from Moroccan staple Tajine & CousCous !) & breakfast was nice... more

I have stayed at this hotel few times, but never experienced any problems. When making reservation, you need to ask questions, such as: when was the property renovated? What floor do you recommand. Is AC/HS a central unit or controlled one. What do you serve for breakfast? What you read is not always true. Hotel Idou Anfa has a wonderful... more

Just returned from a trip around Morocco and we kicked off at this hotel for one night after landing from Heathrow. We were expecting the worst but when we arrived our room was modern and well appointed. To be honest, we have stayed in many hotels around the world and this was an honest product at a fair price. I... more

IDOU ANFA HOTEL located in Casablanca, Morocco is the worst maintained and managed hotels that I have ever had the misfortune to find. The evidence of a crude penny-pinching approach is overwhelming, from the dilapidated state of the hotel, and the crude, offensive management and staff. The management was not, to say the least, even remotely 'hands-on', they elicited not... more

Terrible place. I was there for a business trip, and the experience couldn't be worst: - Room very old, dirty and bad smelling - Telephone doesn't work - Shower doesn't work properly, and the whole bathroom was plenty of water when I finnish. - There was not gel nor champu (I called to the reception through my mobile phone, and... more
