Yes the place is very nice, well located, charming, well renovated, etc ... BUT most of the staff is unprofessionnal even sometimes rude. They don't understand that client satisfaction is a prerequisite to their success, they do not hesitate even to lie. Nice building, lovely bedroom and bathroom, place to be seen in but not to stay at. Poor management and service, poor dinner and breakfast. Better places to stay at in Marakech and we have stayed at them. Dissappointed. Poor Value. Not recommended. more

Having read some of the reviews before going to La Sultana I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is beautiful and immaculately clean.
