We didn't stay here but the Sofitel recommended this for our evening meal on the first night. The decor alone is worth visiting for! There were two musicians playing andalusian-style music and a belly dancer who came every half hour or so. The food was nice, although the lamb was more fat than meat. The service was impecable. more

We had booked The Imperial Suite for our family (2 adults, 3 Children 12/10/4 years old). We stayed there for 4 days. Arriving late the first evening we ordered sandwiches at the room service -- they never arrived. The next morning we had no warm water in the shower. They explained us that this is normal - we had to... more

My wife and I had an excellent dinner here two years ago, whilst staying at another hotel in Marrakech. The restaurant ,alone, is worth visiting just to to marvel at the decor. After dinner, we were shown some of the eight suites by a very obliging young member of the hotel staff. It was as a result of our experience... more

We were redirected to the Red House after being bumped from another hotel. We arrived stressed and not sure where we were going. After a cup of English tea by the pool side, we taken to our beautiful room with all facilities. The hotel is calm haven from the noise and bustle of the city within walking distance of all... more

This hotel is more expensive to stay in than some of the others available but it is more than worth the extra cost. The rooms are lovely, the breakfasts lavish and above all the staff could not possibly be more welcoming, helpful and genuinely caring in making sure that the guest has an enjoyable stay. The staff were very informative... more

We stayed here for 1 week in early September. We booked by email and were first asked to pay a 40% deposit by bank transfer. They agreed to reduce this to 25%, with the balance payable by Credit card on leaving. It is unfortunate that the deposit could not be paid by Credit Card for this would have been a... more

Really worth spending that bit extra to stay at the Red House. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Our room was fab as was the breakfast each morning - its a very romantic place to stay, more suited to couples so I wouldn't recommend it for families. The... more

We stayed at the Red House for one week over Easter 2007. We found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. Our room (a suite) was very comfortable, and we had a complementary fruit basket on arrival. We found the food to be very good: the breakfast was plentiful although moroccan options were limited, however dinner in the restaurant... more

We chose The Red House because my partner had been fortunate enough to stay there during a business trip a couple of years ago and wanted to share it with me. I had heard so much about it that I was really looking forward to it and it did not disappoint. From the minute we were picked up at the... more

We stayed at the Red House for five nights on our first visit to Marrakesh. We had one of the three 'Royal Suites' which was enormous and lavishly furnished. The building is beautiful with a fantastastic dining room. We had a meal served in our room late in the evening on our arrival. It was delicious. We were a little... more
