Riad Saba lies in the medina; 10 min walk from the famous square and 5 min. to several museums. The decor is understated and elegant with a mix of European antiques and Moroccan handicraft. The guestrooms are very spacious and comfortable with heating, a/c, ensuite bathrooms and wifi internet. The basic premise of Riad Saba is hospitality of a more individual kind. We want our guests to feel that they have been invited into a home. A home away from home in an exotic yet relaxing oasis. Welcome! more » « less

We spent a lovely week celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary at the romantic Riad Saba in Marrakech. The riad is very peaceful, oriental and beautiful with a friendly feeling of home. The riad hostess Maria had arranged for a lovely dinner for two at the riad where we were waited on and felt like we were living in a palace.... more

We just came back from a lovely week in Riad Saba! Once we had chosen Riad Sab, we received a lot of information of things to do in and around Marrakech. We ended up having a completely tailormade week -with a trip to the desert, hike in the mountains, guided walk and hammam visit -all perfectly organized through Riad Saba.... more

Remembering our first stay at Riad Saba as a very nice experience, we decided to bring or extended family with us this year. Our return to our favorite oasis in Marrakech was as nice as we had hoped it to be! The owners had continued working on improving and embellishing the riad with a beautyful rooftop pergola under which the... more

Just got back from a wonderful trip to Morocco. We visited Casablanca, Marrakech and Fez. The highlight of our trip was our four night stay at Riad Saba. What makes the place special is the intimacy of the Riad and passion of the owners. So if you looking for a good quality traditional Riad, in a great location Riad Saba... more

I booked this riad after reading all the positive reviews here. The riad was the perfect haven from all the bustling noise and chaos outside. We had a lovely and clean room (unfortunately, the walls seemed quite thin and our neighbours were quite loud). Breakfasts on the terrace were a great way to start the day. Maria and Jabrane were... more

I am very sorry that we did not manage to make your stay a splendid memory. I need to point out that each room has a pricelist where it clearly shows that tea and homemade cookies cost €1,2. As for the transfer we are very sorry, we realize that we handled that poorly. However it was not a "scam" -...

Spent some really fabulous days in Marrakech at Riad Saba. The city of Marrakech with the Medina and the Souk is something very special, noicy, hot, thrilling, spicy and mysterious at the same time. After a busy day in the city it was like coming to heaven when entering Riad Saba. Peaceful, cosy, oriental and beautiful but also a nice... more

We stayed in March at this lovely riad which has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. The result is very classy and understated with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Maria and Jabrane are great hosts and make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. After a day out in the madness of Marrakech the riad... more

We stayed two nights and loved it. The staff and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Very good location, inside the medina. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend who is going to Marrakech soon. more

My friend and I recently went on our first trip to Marrakech and decided to avoid the sterile hotels of Guerniz and instead opt for a traditional Moroccan Riad. I was attracted by Riad Saba's location and reviews and so booked us in for a 5 night stay. We were emailed lots of information straight away which was a good... more

We wanted to stay in a unique location for our trip to Marrakesh over the Easter break. After trawling through the internet looking at a mind boggling selection of Riad's we decided to opt for Riad Saba. What a find! Having travelled extensively throughout the world, hotels and guest houses can all start to look the same and it was... more
