We found out about this place through some guidebooks and even had some recommendations from people on the internet. Okay it is cheap, but we were really unimpressed with our stay. Hotel Salammbo is in the city centre of Tunis, NOT in the subburb of Salammbo. So be sure the taxi drive knows to take you to the city centre from the airport.
