We stayed in the Utse for 3 nights in March 08. The hotel has a great location and we found the staff and Tibetan owners to be both helpful and very friendly. Good point - good location and good price. Bad point - we booked flights using the front desk staff and found out that they were trying to con us out of $100 by saying there was only business seats on the plane available which we later found out not to be true once we got the tickets.
