“good Hotel, not spotless pretty expensive”

my last visited Hotel was The Peninsula Bangkok therefore it could be that my expectations were a little bit too high. I staid at Horizon Club. pick up service was excellent. But when I checked in the gave me a lower grade room not advising me and upon my complain them they provide the correct room level (Deluxe room)...not a... more

Honestly, I am partial to Shangri-la hotels. This one was a bit of a tough nut for me to crack because the surroundings are a lot more office building than they are business hotel. I spend a few nights at this hotel and the staff were excellent and extremely helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and very cleam. Excellent views of the surrounding areas. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would go back there any time. more
