Stayed at this hotel for three weeks whilst on business in January on the Horizon Club floor. I have to say that the staff on the Horizon Club floor were excellent and made me feel that this hotel was my ‘home from home’. I’d highly recommend it to anyone. Best hotel I stayed in Taipei. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. It is expensive but it is worth every cents you pay for. Location may not be very good but conveniently located. more

On our brief stay in Taipei this month we chose to stay at this hotel and were not disappointed. Because our flight was one of the latest ones coming in from Hong Kong when we arrived all rooms were taken so we were lucky enough to have been double-upgraded to a junior suite! Stayed for 2 nights in Feb. Have been to Taipei quite a few times and what a surpise to find this hotel with such good standard. It was the best room I have stayed in Taipei, big room designed in typical Shangrila Hotel style and spacious bathroom with separate shower area.
