I once stayed in another hotel in Taipei, and it was disappointing. When I saw the exterior of the Welcome Hotel, I braced myself and prepared for the worst. But I was totally wrong. The hotel is very clean and modern. Was very happy with the overall stay. I did not expect such a high standard from a 3 star hotel. The shower stall and the bath tub was separated and the toilet was very clean except for the small sink which is very bearable. Its proximity to the train station (Shan Tao Temple)... more
