Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Room 5703 - floor 57 with terrific views from floor to ceiling window in bedroom, and from living room. Nice touches are: - oil burner and incense with a different scent each day - lemongrass was fab. -Mens and ladies toilet bags filled with goodies on arrival (matching the slippers and robes)... more

This is one hotel that my husband and I are very happy to recommend (and in fact we do actively recommend this hotel) to friends and anyone else who wants to be pampered. We arrived after midnight and were tired, but the reception had our information ready so registration was short. The staff were without exception friendly, cheerful, professional and... more

Spent three nights in a twin bed Superior suite with another colleague. Paying 18000THB, SGD900 for the room. Getting this special promotion price for corporate booking. The room is well decorated (luxury to me), spacious. Nice bathroom, friendly stuff, nice ambient at the lobby. Everything is perfect. As every single cents count. The bad: 1.Location wise is not too good.... more

Spent 3 nights here at end of February before travelling onto one of the islands. Having seen the pubilicity for the various resorts in the Banyan Tree group we were expecting something special. Undoubtedly the public areas and facilities of the hotel were up to scratch but the accomodation felt a bit tired. We stayed in a Premier Suite on... more

The hotel is really dated which is not what you expect from the Banyan Tree chain. The rooms looked like they hadn't been redecorated for at least 20 years. Don't bother with the cantonese restaurant - overpriced average food. Vertigo is great, and really only 1 of 2 reasons why you would choose to stay here vs another hotel. The... more

We stayed at The Banyan Tree for two nights in late February. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was excellent. Our room was a basic suite on the 48th floor which overlooked the river. The room was beautifully decorated and came with an incense burner which made the place smell wonderful. The bed was big and very comfortable and... more

Was really looking forward to staying in this hotel as i have heard many good things about the Banyan Tree chain, but sadly this all suite hotel didnt quite live up to the hype. Firstly, the good points, the location was good, you got plently of squared metres for your baht, the breakfast room was stunning with its double height... more

Fantastic Hotel with amazing Vertigo restaurant as well as a great selection of others and an amazing spa and swimming pool. If you go to this hotel you have to book for the roof top restuarant which gives you superb views over the city of bangok. The Hotel is clean and modern the food was excellent as is the service.... more

stayed here for 2 nights in january with the intention of staying a further 4 if things worked out alright. Two nights was more than enough. Dont be fooled by the marketing as an "all suite" hotel. Its a tiny suite, both bedroom/living room no bigger than a standard room in a comparable hotel. I just found the whole experience... more
