Good location, near palace and river. Clean, staff is helpful, nice pool. Breakfast is Western and Asian styles plenty to eat which is included in the room cost. Good price for what you get. My family was there - 9th March - 11th March 2008. At the Hotel - Bell boy was very helpful. He (forgot his name) is able to speak Mandarin, Malay etc. The receptionist was friendly. This hotel is overpriced mainly because of its location. the rooms are old and smelly. Bathroom was ok, but the rest was a big NO NO. Old smelly wall to wall carpeting, bed was extremly hard, the worst ive ever slept in. My hip lost sence of feeling because of this. The minibar is mainly some nuts, and some beer.... more
