This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in!! Pros: - Room is large with a nice balcony overlooking a garden. - Bathroom is great and shower pressure is excellent - Staff are wonderful and willing to help you with any problems. - Pool and Gardens are amazing and help you relax after shopping! - Gym is... more

A disastrous stay from the moment I opened my room to find a near-nude man in my room. To be fair the hotel then upgraded me to a suite. Unfortunately the second room came with a dangerous combo of a broken light and a black bench at the end of my bed. After falling badly, I went down to seek... more

Just back from a trip around Asia that included a 5 night stay here and overall had a pretty positive experience at the Swissotel. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous (rainforest-like), as were the common areas and the front desk staff were immensely helpful with suggestions for shops, markets, giving directions, etc. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which included... more

stayed at this hotel for 4 days and we truly enjoyed it! Big rooms with nice beds, lots of closset space and fully equiped bathroom (bath and seperate shower). The pool is a big plus, you don't think you are in a crowded city when you relax around this big pool. Service also top and great food around the pool.... more

Very nice hotel which is more geared to business travellers. The hotel seemed to be near a lot of embassies/consulates. It is in a location which isn't that convenient but the sky train is about 5-10 mins walk so not too bad. Great pool and bar areas. The food and drinks are very expensive in Thai terms. I would suggest... more

I recently had my wedding at the Nai Lert hotel in Bangkok. I spent a lot of money in exchange for terrible food served to 100 people at the buffet banquet. I acted in good faith but the Nai Lert hotel really took advantage of me. When I complained immediately after the wedding the only thing I was offered was... more

We booked this hotel through a travel agent who told us it was a 5 star hotel. I wouldn't rate it that high. It's a solid 3.5, 4 stars would be a bit of a stretch. The rooms were clean, spacious and smoke-free (which may be hard to find in Asia). The rooms felt a little old but still very... more

We chose this hotel after great deal of research because it looked like a calm oasis in the middle of a very busy city, which indeed it was with its beautiful garden surroundings and pool. Unfortunately with a very busy two day schedule in Bangkok we didn't have time to fully make use of the leisure facilities. Next time!! Apart... more

So we were pleasantly surprised when we got to this hotel. The view onto the pool and gardens was beautiful, and we almost didn't want to go to the tourist sites so we could spend more time enjoying the hotel. The location is a bit out from where the main tourist sites are, so it is a bit of a... more

This was our first stay at the Nai Lert Park. We’ve experienced a number of hotels in Bangkok. We’ve also lived in Bangkok as my wife worked for a small Thai consultancy and I spent a year lecturing at Thammasat University so we have a little more jaded view that your average tourists. The depreciation of the dollar plus regular... more
