Very comfortable beds. In fact the best I've ever had in any hotel including the Oriental in Bangkok. Great airport transfers and very fast check-in. The corridors smell a bit damp on the 2nd floor but the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Excellent bathrooms with windows (and shutters) into the sitting room. Room service is a bit expensive but... more

Stayed one night for our early morning flight back to Australia. The shuttle is easy to find at the airport & runs conveniently. The 2 minute ride stops at the impressive atrium entrance which was matched with speedy check in. Our room was clean & spacious with the bath well used making the stay all the more relaxing with a... more

Our flight arrived into Bangkok late in the evening and we would depart for Koh Samui the next afternoon, so going all the way into town seemed silly. So, we stayed at the airport's hotel and were glad we did. A representative was outside customs at Gate 4, Level 2 as promised and directed us to the shuttle, which ran... more

I stayed overnight here enroute to Yangon. On the advice of other reviewers, I booked on the executive floor, which gives one free Internet and access to the Business Center. It was definitely worth the upgrade (as I recall it wasn't much more expensive than the regular rate). The business center allows one to avoid the reception check-in line (a... more

You don't necessarily expect an airport hotel to be as luxurious and wonderful as this one. The pool area is beautiful, and the spa was fantastic, and much less expensive than other Bangkok luxury hotels like The Peninsula. Also, the spa is open until midnight, which is so convenient for travelers. The restaurant was OK - we had an incident... more

We stayed for 1 night (like most people) as we had an early morning flight back to the UK. Transfer from and too the airport was good, and as we had pre-booked an executive room (approx. £80) we were wisked away into the executive lounge to check in. Rooms are probably the same size and layout although we did have... more

We stayed here for one night after arriving late at BKK airport and leaving early the next day. Uopon arrival, it was easy to find a person who was waiting with transportation. The minibuss ride was about 2 minutes (you can walk as well to the hotel). A very beautiful lobby, really wonderful. It is a quite busy hotel, so... more

We stayed here for a few hours between our flight back from Koh Samui and our flight back to London just after midnight. It was very reasonable to book a room for a night and we decided that it was definitely worth it than hanging about the airport. The hotel runs a shuttle bus service from the airport, and it... more

When we were at the airport, we were greeted by two staff which helped us moved our bags into the hotel’s courtesy shuttle. I was “wowed” when we arrived at the entrance. The lobby was huge! There was a bar on left, a Thai, a Chinese and one other restaurant on the right. We arrived around midnight, so check-in was... more

One has high expectations of this hotel after walking through the front doors into the massive Atrium. It's good not to have expectations though. The hotel is ok - just basically a standard, overpriced, convenient, airport hotel. It's a place you'll forget within hours of leaving. We had a one night stay here before a 3am check-in for our flight... more
