We have just returned from a week at the Somerset. The hotel is fantastic and we have never experienced such incredible service before. The staff truly go that extra mile and I am more than impressed. My wife cannot believe how well we were treated by the Thai staff. As we left the hotel twice to go to Koh Samui... more

We’d booked a one-bedroom apartment but on arrival were ‘upgraded’ to a two-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately this room was at the back of the hotel and overlooked a building site where four very large tower blocks were being built. We asked to be moved to a room which did not overlook the building site, but were told that no rooms were... more

This is a great place for family although it's not located right in the heart of city but the hotel also offer free tuk tuk to Emporium and Prompong skytrain station. The room and bathroom is spacious with full kitchen equipment and all stand facilities. Actually we booked for 1 bedroom but this room type was fully booked that date... more

Had a great stay here recently. Staff were super nice and could not do enough for me, Seemed like 5-star service all round but of course I was paying way less! Fast check in. I was early (noon) and everything was ready for me. They had even upgraded me to a 2-bedroom suite. This is a bigger place than I... more

My husband and I stayed at Somerset Lake Point for 4D3N in an executive 1 bedroom Tower B apartment. Room was clean, good kitchen facility, big bathroom. However the space and furniture layout makes the whole room looked small and crammed. Especially the living and eating area of the room. Throughout the 4 days, morning breaskfast at The Terrace Cool... more

Spacious and clean room, large bathroom, good selection of TV channels, and good leisure amenities (a small library, 2 small gyms, 2 swimming pools, the outdoor one is quite nice but the indoor one is tiny). Quiet location (not in the centre of attractions) but free tuk-tuk drop off to nearby attractions like Emporium, Carefour, subway/skytrain etc. There is a... more

Family of 4 spent 3 nights in 2 bedroom. Used as base for daily excursions so construction site next door had minimal impact . Pool area is great. Breakfast buffet was good. Internet was not free and very slow. Reasonable location for getting around. more

This is a nice, clean and comfortable place. Location was not so good but there are abundance of taxis around. Breakfast was good. Front desk was friendly and helpful Stayed in a 3 bedroom and I would surely comeback here again in the future. more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during the last leg of our honeymoon in Thailand. When we got in, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and the facilities it provided. As we stepped in, a scent of freshness filled the air and we were immediately relaxed. When we booked, we simply requested for a... more
