I really want to grant this charming place more points, many will find it their little piece of heaven if so ignore my findings, give it a try its that sort of place. Lovely archetect chap built it, a bit off the wall though, very eccentric rustic design, spoilt by road noise although cocks at 4.30 and the frogs at... more

We found this wonderful hotel through local newspaper and wonderful review in Trip Adverisor and we had a wonderful stay. The room that we stayed is very nice and clean and each room has its own theme. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly, they helped us organized the tour. The food is excellent and very reasonable price. Even... more

We reserved a stay at Fondcome Village, based on glowing reviews in TA. While it is true that the staff were extremely accommodating, and the resort is special, there was a significant drawback for us, which made us leave after 1 nite: It is extremely far from Chiang Mai. We had thought that the hotel provides shuttle service, but it... more

Thank you very much for your comment and compliment. Sorry for the misunderstanding about the shuttle service, we actually provide FREE shuttle service to Night Bazaar and Night Safari which the information is already in the guestrooms. However, if guest is unsure about the service they can ask our receptionist. Out off the shuttle schedule we also provide transport to...

Fondcome Resort made our vacation to Chiang Mai an incredible, unforgettable experience. The staff was pleasantly attentive. We especially enjoyed sharing the Loy Krathong festival with the resort. The festivities were exceptional. My children particularly enjoyed releasing a hot air balloon into the air with the owner. The natural setting of the pool with the waterfall was lovely. My children... more

We just returned from a 4 night stay at this extraordinary hotel -- there are not enough superlatives to commend it. The setting, abutting a lush national park/jungle, is spectacular. The food is great - just beware that 'medium' spice here is fiery hot to the unitiated palate. Every staff member was more than accomodating, every call to the front... more

Wonderful, unique experience not to be missed when in Chiang Mai! The resort is set in the lush green mountain valley with a river running through the back. Very personalised service from moment of booking to our arrival at the property, right through to our stay until departure! Picked up personally by the Marketing & Public Relations Manager...we were shown... more

I was looking for an authentic place that was away from the city and found the most beautiful accommodation in the jungle. But not only was the resort magnificent and clean, but the owner and staff were just the most beautiful people we have encountered in Thailand. Each and every one of them bent over backwards to help their guests... more

Decided to choose this resort after reading a good review in Bangkok Post by chance. No regrets, definitely the right choice. Stayed 2 nights, 1 night at Mlabri Wild House and Hua Vieng Fort Villa. All rooms have different themes & design, each model after some tribes of the North. Tough choice to choose which room type is the best... more

This hotel is amazing. My wife & I were blown away by the surroundings & the level of service provided. The day we got there, I came down with a bad chest infection. The air-conditioning in our room was playing up so my wife asked if something could be done to fix it.... sure could .... they offered us the... more

I had no idea what to expect when I decided to celebrate the Thai New Year, in Thailand. What I got was a dreamy, picturesque cultural experience at the Fondcome Village Resort, tucked into the lush valley of Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, approximately a 15 minute ride from the Chang Mai Airport, the night markets, and town. The friendly little... more
