The Sheraton Hanoi Hotel is a very nice business hotel located quite far from the center. It's easy to reach from the airport, staff is friendly, rooms are nice. I dislike the buffet breakfast in the lobby area and they often have problems with the WiFi internet connection. more

This is a nice hotel in an area that is not conducive to high end western hotels. The hotel is nice, if 'cookie cutter'. It is a long walk to get to the more interesting sights of Hanoi. The hotel was very comfortable and as easy to reach as any other hotel from the airport. more
