Stayed at the Nam Hai for two nights in November and even booked an 11 day custom made tour through them. Had a triple room with three clean single beds, armoire, working fridge and a full size bathroom. Odd thing was that we noticed that the bathroom did not have shower curtains, which caused some flooding. Not a problem, more... more

Good location to the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The rooms facing the front do get lots of noise from the motocycles buzzing about and honking, but after a day you get accustomed to it. We enjoyed our stay at the Nam Hai. It was clean, staff friendly. Free internet (when staff weren't playing games)! Our room was pleasant with 2 windows and separate bathroom. Beds a little hard, but not a problem for us. I noticed one of the other rooms was a tad smaller and had only one small window. Breakfast was toast... more
