I have stayed here twice & I have had consistently good experiences. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and not too far from Hoan Kiem Lake. Hotel is in a great position on Hang Be Street. The room was no better than other hotels I had stayed in (at a cheaper rate). Breakfast was of average quality. The massage parlour was quite seedy, and the staff on duty smoked next to the massage areas. Go somewhere else if you can. more
