Good location - in the heart of Old Hanoi 36 Streets. within perfect walking distance to common places of interests in Hanoi such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Opera House, etc. Hotel is in a run-down condition. Room were a bit old and run-down. TV and air-con partially working. The hotel were renovating the restaurant and reception area. Hence, breakfast was not included. Situated in a busy street and you will only get peace from the ever bike/scooter horning after midnight. Wifi connection unreliable. The only plus that I have for them is that they allow us... more

I do recommend Hanoi Youth Hotel! First drawn by the reviews on this site, I found myself at their website which was easy to navigate through, complete with all the information on I needed. I had a week stayed in Hanoi Youth Hotel. I would like to say thanks to the staff of the hotel. They helped me in finding the lost luggages at the airport.
