Be aware that there are several Hanoi Queen hotels. I noticed that the photo of the front of this hotel is NOT the correct hotel. The Hanoi Queen 2 (or Queen Plaza) is on Hang Can. It is terrrible! Rubbish! Noise from 6:30am till 6:30am. Super noisy!!!! Young punks operating the hotels, no ideas about anything. It's ok clean but that's all about it. more

WARNING : DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL !! We stayed in this "hotel" during our first trip to Hanoi this March 2008. I had booked 2 separate nights at this hotel, one either side of our pre-arranged halong trip. the staff is very friendly there bookings for trips ( we only did halong bay) are very good listen to staff the trip was great. hotel is very clean not very many rooms have windows. but over all a good place to stay. more
