We had a nice room with a balcony and an amazing view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and there was good television. I did notice little insects running around and the staff weren't very outgoing. The happy hour at the Dream Bar on the roof was great though. more

We've stayed at the Dream before and the rooms are very clean and generous for the price. Beware of noisy front rooms on the main road and air-conditioners not working. We stayed here during the trip up the coast of Vietnam and the service was excellent and the rooms were quite nice. A luxury hotel it is not, but for $15.00 a night what do you want. The staff was more than helpful and friendly and tried to understand English. Will go back more
