A really nice, medium sized, tucked away in Phnom Phen. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable; check-in and all staff very friendly and more than accomodating - especially when my husband become unwell. Except for the dinner buffet which was remarkable though at $17.60 expensive by local standards. Problem is that if you don't want it it's quite difficult to get much else! Requested pick up from airport, this did not happen, had to take a taxi to the hotel. Taxi was reasonable. Hotel is on a side street, not far from the central market, you can walk or take a taxi. I stayed at Juliana last november with two friends. The room was large enough for 3 persons and it was very clean. The bathroom was a little old and needed to be renowed! The safe, in the room, didn't work. The pool was large and very clean and there was a big jacuzzi with hot water...amazing!! The breakfast very good.... more
