The best location on Sultanhamet!!!! This is a very discrete hotel, with wonderful rooms, wonderful views, very nice breakfest, clean, extremely confortable. I felt at home over there! They even have an own turkish bath on the basement (although I prefer the Cimberlitas some blocks away). more

A wonderful hotel in an old Ottoman palace - you will feel like royalty here, but it's not at all stiff. Excellent hotel with very welcoming staff. Rooms a little small, but very quiet. Didnt try the restaurant apart from breakfast which was excellent and magnificent views from the terrace. Hotel in great shape, and perfect for a weekend visit, apart from being asked if we wanted to buy a carpet by the duty staff when we checked out! more

I suspect it's been said before, but just returned from an excellent stay at this hotel - friendly helpful staff, very clean (for example bedlinen changed every night), and a perfect location - within minutes of all key sights and the tram stop (yet a quiet side street). My husband and I were delighted at this hotel. Beautiful lobby, friendly helpful staff. We got a 3 night package including breakfasts and transfers. As the other reviews state, the location of this hotel is pretty much perfect, in the Sultanahmet region of İstanbul, the touristy area on the European side south of the Golden Horn.
