I have been in many hotels. But this was an excellent hotel for Israel standards. Pros: A - Great for kids. 1 - kids pool. 2 - kids room, 3-Food for infants. B - Great service. Very nice waiter and waiters. C - Good food. No lobster or steak but there was lot of salads, vegetable, pasta, chicken and variety.... more

Location: North beach area. Almost next to the airport. It is about 15 min walk to North Beach. In Eilat, this means that it gets more blazing hot desert wind than locations closer to sea. There is a plain with salt ponds on the back, this adds to the hot winds. If you want to go to South beach for... more

This was our second stay at the Agamim and we will hopefully be back for many more. We love the Agamim. It is a relatively new hotel in Eilat. The price is just only slightly below what the popular hotels on the beach ask but it is well worth it. Agamim is set about 5 minutes walking from the beach... more

I won't mention what other reviewers have already commented on- the late breakfast, the chillout motif, the fact that its a 10 min walk from the promenade (it actually took my friend and I about 8 minutes). The hotel is more basic then the 5 star options in Eilat, but having stayed at the Royal Beach twice, the Hilton Queen... more

We stayed at the Agamim for 5 nights over the Xmas break 2007. we were 2 adults and 3 kids aged 9, 7 and 4 and had booked a family room which was 2 rooms with a double bed in one, and 2 pull out sofas in the other, and 2 bathrooms. We have stayed at a variety of hotels... more

We booked a last minute stay at the Agamim based on recommendations we got from friends and were very positively surprised. The hotel proclaims to be a 'chill out' hotel and it successfully lives up to this statement. It is centered around the pool where everything happens, and thankfully, here 'everything' amounts to virtually nothing - no loud music, no... more

After a wonderful stay at Agamim last year, I'm more than happy to return there two weeks from now, and I can't wait to get there. We chose Agamim for a relaxing getaway (+ honeymoon), and enjoyed every minute. You see, the problem with Israeli hotels is that during the summer vacation, they tend to be very noisy and crowded... more

We spent the first four nights of our honeymoon in Eilat, at the Agamim. It is clean and modern, has a great pool and impressive breakfast. Get a poolside room (but be prepared to be able to hear your neighbors on their adjoining patio). Also, when in Eilat, make sure to spend some time checking out the Negev. more

It's our favorite hotel in Eilat. We've been twice and plan on going again this year. When booking a room, ask for a room on the water. That way you'll have a private deck with deck chairs. You can go down from the deck to to estuaries coming out of the pool or swim to the pool itself. At night... more
