Very helpful and friendly staff. We arrived, having stood on a freezing Jerusalem night for two hours waiting for Pres. Bush to go past, cold and more than a bit fed up. This was my 2nd July at the Eldan, each year for 15 consecutive nights. This year, the hotel is starting to show wear and tear. I would consider it to be Jerusalem's best 2*/3* hotel. Still great convenience, great breakfast w/room, quiet. I would stay there again. more
