“Worst Experience for Israeli Hotel Ever”

I had a non-smoking room, and yet there was a place to smoke right outside my room. The ventilation system allowed all of the smoke to come in and stink up the whole room. we had to overnight in tel aviv before a morning flight. location is excellent, right in the center on with great shopping and restaurants nearby, it was a pretty bare bones place. rooms very small and in not in g eat shape. as long as you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head it is okay, but do... more

This is an absolutely terrible hotel which I could not recommend to anyone. Firstly, the staff are rude, unhelpful and actually seem annoyed that guests are staying there. Secondly, our room was dirty and smelly. There were cockroaches in the bathroom which was not a pleasant experience. Thirdly, there was little service. After our second night, no one came to... more

unfortunately the guest who made the review decide to give uncorrect picture of the hotel. 1) our staff are friendly and helpfull at any time! 2) there was an event of cockroach that fly in from outside,and take care of emmidietly by the staff,i would like to mention that on july we made the necessary needs to avoid any bugs....
