An amazing honeymooncenter hotel has great location and clean small but nice rooms. I would advise this hotel to young travellers seeking for a good hotel with great value not far from all the good cafes, restaurants, night life and the beach! more
I stayed here for three nights in April. I agree with the reviewer about the noisy AC. Also, the doors make a lot of noise (people tend to slam them), and they're not made of a very soundproof material. They also don't have that rubber rim that would prevent people from slamming them shut and literally disturbing my sleep. In... more
Centrally located on Dizengoff Square and a block away from Dizengoff Center shopping mall. Endless assortment of shops, cafes, and restaurants all around and open all hours, including Saturday. 10 minutes walk to the sea, or quick cab ride. Quiet location as its on a side street with limited access to cars. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are... more
my two daughters, their husbands and i stayed in the center hotel in tel aviv for a week. the hotel was recommended to us by a dear friend as a comfortable place in the center of town, not too expensive and with pleasant atmosphere. all five of us have travelled extensively and are not always easily pleased. in this case... more
Small, cute hotel... good for single person coming off of jetlag! Very small room, but had refrig and electric teapot and cable TV. Beautiful bathroom with tub. No hairdryer in room, but one available at desk. Wonderful buffet breakfast included at historic, partner hotel next door... but took time for the food to be brought out, so don't get there... more
What a pleasant suprise. With Israeli background and being used to German hotel standards, I wondered what I would have in this hotel. It turned out to be quite positive. This hotel has a theme-oriented appearence, trying to grip a young funky Bauhaus attitude of the city - which it does quite good. It is cool for the 20somethings, but... more
Stayed one night at the Centre hotel in February 2007. Mixed feelings about the hotel - the room was very resonably priced at $70 per night (single), however there were some issues. during my stay The good: * Location - near to shopping, short walk from the beach * Price - very resonable * Free internet in the lobby (wireless... more
Stayed at Centre Hotel in Tel Aviv on Dec. 11 for one night. Fantastic location right in the heart of Tel Aviv near all the stores, restaurants, and cafes. This is an unbelievably good value for the money...only $78 for the night booked through Israir airlines website online. The hotel is tiny...lobby has two couches, and one computer. The elevator... more
The good ... the location is quite good, only a couple blocks from Dizingoff Centre (big shopping mall), short walk to the beach, cabs readily available. The full Israeli breakfast in the adjacent hotel is quite good. Wireless Internet in my room was fully functional and always accessible. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The bad ... shower pressure... more
We stayed at the Centre for our last night at Tel Aviv. The rates were reasonable for the location which is in the heart of great shopping and food. The staff are wonderful and they have a very cute lobby area. The rooms were basic, clean, and comfortable. The biggest problem was it was so small that a baby crib... more
