While the foyer is quite glitzy the rooms in the hotel are far from slick. While adequate they are quite run down. Also the location is not really convenient or close to many restaurants. It's fine but next time I'm in Amman I will be staying elsewhere. more

I was a bit disappointed after the reviews on TripAdvisor. My room was shabby and the bathroom far from clean. Hot food at breakfast was often cold and not very exciting. It all needs sprucing up. Friendly and helpful staff do their best against the odds! more
