We stayed here 6 days on Hilton honors points. We got upgraded to a corner suite, which were basically 2 rooms (a large and a normal) connected together, which was perfect for our family with 2 kids. Rooms have a balcony. Hotel is old and you can see that in the design and furniture. Everything is maintained well and they... more

Hotel located in absolutely awful area. Nothing to see and full of men rather than women. No beach available and room design very simple. Not very impressed with the staff. more

We stayed at the Al-Ain Hilton for two nights. We had a twin room which was quiet, bright, airy and clean with comfortable beds. We were on the forth floor so we had a nice view and the balcony meant we could enjoy the pleasant breeze in the evening. A couple of chairs would have been an extra nice touch... more

On outwards impressions, the Al Ain Hilton looks dissapointing and the size of the standard rooms in the old wing of the hotel add to this feeling. Try and get a room in the newer wing or even better are the chalets which we stayed in. Perfect for families, these double storey mini villas have their own kitchen with washing... more

We have just returned from a short break in the oasis city of AL Ain which is mid way between Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE. We were very pleased when we arrived at the hotel which is similiar to other Hiltons in the area, but with an arabian flavour. The palm court lounge, just off the lobby was... more

We checked-in to the Hilton Al Ain on New Year’s Eve day and we stayed for 2 nights. As Hilton Diamond members we were upgraded to a chalet on a prepaid rate booked on Hilton.com. It was something like 400AED/night. I think on the hotel’s website they call the chalet a villa. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.... more

We stayed for the Eid weekend and the hotel staff were all excellent, took 2 adjoining rooms on the 6th floor with an adjoining 'suite'. All facilities were excellent and the kids played non-stop in an excellent pool with slide. As the majority of the pool is quite shallow it was perfect for our young children. A very relaxing few... more

This is a nice hotel to stay in if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Me and my husband started our tour of the UAE here. We had booked 5 nights but cut it short to 4 as there wasn't much to do on an evening and thought it would be best to add... more

Had read good and under average reviews on here for the Hilton Al Ain, but shouldn't have been concerned as it was a really nice hotel. We arrived (the only downside) at 1.40 am in the morning - the problem with getting tot he hotel is that by the time you have flown out of wherever (Manchester) for us and... more

The Hilton is slightly old and a bit faded in areas but overall provided very good value for money. We went for some winter sunshine without the high price tag of Dubai. The rooms were very comfortable with every amenity you could want although there was no furniture on the balcony. The only gripe with the room was that it... more
