We stayed at the Kimberly hotel for seven nights in March.The room was a good size-with a sofa bed for our seven year old son.Room facilities were good with coffee/ tea making facilities, fridge, hairdryer and the maid service was excellent. I stayed there for 15 days at the end of Feb. I had no problem with the service, the staff was generally helpful, no attitude that sort of thing. I booked the first 11 days through a travel agency prepaid and added on 4 more days and had no problem with that, i.e. no outrageous rates, bill problem at checkout...etc.... more

We stayed here for three nights as a stopover. We found the hotel to be clean, easy to find and in a great location. Only a short walk to the MTR station, which means that you had access to the rest of Hong Kong (including the Airport). Rooms were comfortable and had everything that we required. This hotel is off main drag, but this advantage means no major traffic noise. The Foyer is on next level and over enthusiastic bell boys can be a nuisance. Close proximity to metro stations and harbour and shopping. Staff in restaurant cannot wait to clear tables at breakfast and again this can be a nuisance. Just beware of plumbing. more
